Title: Indian Shopify merchants — how do you handle GST, payments, and store operations?

I’d like to learn how other Indian brands are currently managing their Shopify stores, particularly as the business grows.

For those running a Shopify store in India:

  • Which payment gateways do you currently use, and how has your experience been with them?
  • How do you handle GST, tax calculation, invoices, and tax reporting?
  • How do you manage payment reconciliation between Shopify, payment gateways, and your bank?
  • Do you use any third-party apps or external software for accounting, GST, inventory, shipping, or payments?
  • How much of your store requires custom development rather than Shopify's built-in functionality?
  • Are there any workflows where you have to use a manual process, spreadsheet, or separate software?
  • How has your Shopify setup changed as your order volume and number of products increased?

I'm mainly interested in hearing how Indian Shopify merchants actually run their day-to-day operations and what tools/workflows they use.

If you're comfortable sharing, it would also be useful to mention roughly how large your store is (for example, orders/month), since the setup can be very different for a small brand versus a larger one.

Is hermes agent good for coding at all ??

It's already 3 days , i am using HA for coding , and i shifted from opencode to HA , because i read online it has self improvement skill , and also have external memory like holographic , how isyour take on this , like do this really help , or it is reductant , or it doesn't work as told in the doc .

Because i feel hermes might be good at this skill improvement and memory thing but i don't findit good at coding , like now i am using GPT Luna for coding in hermes , but i saw coding was faster and better with same model in opencode ?
