Is it normal to go on a second date doing the same activity?

I'm 23 & out of school, & he's 21 in college which makes me a little hesitant since it's just different life stages and all that. I don't have a lot of dating experience at all really so bare with me here. We went to a movie theatre to watch a horror film on Monday. It was fun! We both had like monthly subscriptions to the theatre so there was no worrying about paying for the tickets. He bought us popcorn & icees....and tried to use his online rewards to get them for free but it didn't work.

But anyways, today he was like "we should go out and see this horror movie on Friday, and oh we can go and see this movie next week!" And I'm sort of like wait what about talking & like other activities? Is this normal for like going on dates? Is it a money thing since I have a pass to this theatre? Should I bring it up to him?

I accidentally drove through a stop sign and a woman got really upset, can she actually do anything to get me in trouble?

I messed up and missed a stop sign in like a private neighborhood and this lady starts like violently throwing her hands in the air and screaming at me through my window on the sidewalk a couple feet away. It was totally my fault and I apologized and kept driving to pull over and pick up my friend. There was pretty much no one in the neighborhood. She walks over to me and starts screaming at me telling me I should have my license removed over and over and telling me I could have killed "children and dogs" and asking if I'm illegally driving the car since "you look 15." she was like "sweetie are you old enough to be driving? have u done any school?" I'm 23. And then she took a picture of my car & license plate and told me she was gonna send the neighborhood footage from security to the cops and get them to "remove my license." And then she told me "everyone in the neighborhood is gonna know that the girl in the white camry went through a stop sign." I don't even live here! I feel bad but she started like insulting me and I kind of told her to fuck off. But anyways, can she actually get the cops to do something?

My roommate is trying to get me to keep living with her and I don't want too

My excuse was I want a shorter term lease so I can move somewhere else sooner. We're friends. I told her 4 months ago so I've given her a lot of time to prepare and find someone. But the full truth is I just kind of want to live on my own and am only thinking about moving somewhere else. I also just hate the apartment and they're overcharging us, and I live in a tiny room and it's just not worth it to me. I just wanted to not live with her anymore because she's extremely codependent on me & literally just wants me around because she hates being with herself and dealing with her problems on her own. She told me a few months ago jokingly that she'd kill herself in I moved out. She doesn't want a new roommate moving in because she doesn't want to find one and deal with strangers (she doesnt have many friends). And now literally a month before move out time she's being like "well after the lease is up its month to month so you might as well stay." "Can you get your deposit back to live with me?" "My brother said no to living here with me so you should stay because I can't find a roommate." And just trying to come up with every excuse in the world to get me to stay here and live with her.
