Okay so i am be able to get a studio. Its basically on the attic floor of a family house. I would live w a family of 4 people including two kids. It has an attached bathroom and in the name of kitchen it has an induction, microwave and mini fridge. The rent is 1000 euros everything inclusive, everything is legit only that the landlord doesnt give contract. He says u can simply edit BSN address and etc online. I either take this or pay an agent to find me a studio that fits my budget. Also it is living with a family so im open to all sorts of suggestion given the crisis.

I am thinking of getting their premium rental service that would help me find a place in eindhoven, are they a scam??

I hear everyone all over reddit state that holland2stay, househunting.nl and other brokers are literal trash and shitty but also it is extremely difficult to manage to get any sort of housing so if i were to get an offer, do i take it or no?

I am a student in Eindhoven and need to move out since my lease ends by July. I am thinking of applying for holland2stay lotteries but I just want to know as to within approximately how many lotteries can one achieve a studio via holland2 stay. Any help would be highly appreciated :)
