Hey all,

I’m about to do a PSA submission - based in the Uk.

I’m doing PSA - because the rest of the collection is PSA for the cards listed below which are part of a collection. Otherwise I would be doing ACE or CGC.

I have a few questions keen to know your thoughts from your own experiences.

- I have maybe 100 cards to grade. All vintage old Japanese / black star promos / vending series / vintage Charizards. (Basically all vintage) total value ungraded probably £5000

Questions:-

1. Should I send all 100 in together or split them up into smaller batches? Is there any submission companies in & around London that you recommend?

2. What cleaning prep are you going before submission and with what products / fabric types?

3. Do you have any recommended “do & don’ts” when it comes to submissions in the Uk or in general.

4. How are you insuring your mail / which carrier are you submitting with?

5. Any of other things I should do.

Anyone tried selling their collection in bulk (to one buyer before) and curious to know how card show traders / major resellers trust the value of Collectr portfolios. Are they instantly saying 80% purchase rate or has anyone had success with 90%?

My portfolio is clinically precise:-

- All charizards graded 9 or 10 (all Japanese, old and new, back to base) minus one of two.
- Full graded black star promo set (inc both Pokemon Centre cards in a 9)
- Heaps of sealed vintage packs, all vintage. Full art sets.

I feel my portfolio isn’t ’bulk or clutter’ - and would like to think it would get the 90% value at sale.

But i think we all live in hope - so curious to know the thoughts of other users here.

I’ve seen a change in the app recently where the addition of vintage single Pokemon cards has slowed - and where the items that have been added are high value case / pack / sealed products.

- Is there a reason for this and will we see the return of more vintage cards being added again soon?

I have circa 20 vintage cards + 20 sealed items set aside that haven’t been added to the Collectr app yet. Aswell as the app showing only holo version of cards and not the 1st addition variant. (Example would be the ‘Japanese Crystal Charizard’ I own the 1st edition version and only the regular holo is on the app) I would like to see the 1st edition option added to the card drop down menu.

- Is there a many chance the submission request form returns? As I’d like to fill out the form for the items I have which I’d love to see on the app.
