I wanted to give my mom something that actually meant something..not just a random gift.
She’s always supported me, especially with things I care about. So I got her a custom basketball jersey. Not because she loves basketball, It must feel personal.
I added her name and a number that means a lot to us. When she saw it, she didn’t say much...just smiled and kept looking at it. That kind of said everything.
The quality was surprisingly good too.. nice raised embroidery and really clean stitching.
At the end of the day, it wasn’t really about the jersey.
It was about giving her something that holds a memory.
