Working alone too long on my accessible game

I want to start gathering some feedback on the accessibility of my PC game. I started off with accessibility in mind, but I fear I've worked too long in a vacuum. In addition to these 2 panels, I have joystick speed (how fast it causes the selection cursor to jump from focus to focus) and rumble intensity. I included a shot of the main game to give you an idea of what the game is (match 3 rogue like where you try to beat rounds of increasingly higher scores).

The game board should already be easily discernible by those with color blindness (unique silhouettes for each type of piece). The game currently only has audio in one place but has subtitles during that sequence. The rest of the text is done via popup dialog text. If I do get voice acting for the game it will all be subtitled by default. The game is fully playable via mouse, keyboard or controller. These were the two that I was most focused on so far. What other aspects might I be missing? The next one on my mind was disabling the flashing game lights (just have them solid on). I hesitate to put in a difficulty reduction setting (my own quirk, if I even know there is a setting / cheat code etc. I find the game no longer any fun).

Also where might I find players with disabilities to validate that it is indeed playable (and still fun) for them? For anyone wishing to advise on this project or keep informed of its progress, I do not have it on Steam yet but you could join PogoBrick Discord.
