Salary Progression

Recently started in my new job and I’m really thankful. Not only that it’s 2x my prev salary, it’s also a hybrid setup - which is so big for me since all my prev companies required full WOS 🥹

Aug 2022, Telco CSR - 25,000 package

May 2024, B2B TSR - 30,000 package

Aug 2026, customer support - 6x,xxx+ package

Although the role is “customer support”, our role also touches fixes sa actual platform and backend, as well as AI automation for the product. Planning to target Application Support or Product Support analyst/engineer role next 🤞🏻

Background Check

I had a 1-month employment (still in training) that I didn’t disclose. I checked my SSS records and may hulog na agad si company. I heard na Vanguard and mag background check sa new company na inaapplyan ko.

Question: Should I proactively disclose and reach back dun sa TA about this, or just leave it as is since this is just a short stint and I left in good terms with the company naman?

Badly needing advice po since this is a position I really wanted and I heard some people are being pulled out even in training if hindi nakapasa sa BGC.

Currently have 2 JOs:

Company A - 37k package. Full onsite in Eastwood. May 25 start date. Free 1 dependent after regularization. One of the pioneer waves (wave 4) high possibility for promotion.

Company B - 34.5k package. 3 months onsite in BGC then hybrid after (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH). May 18 start date. Free 2 dependents on day 1. Life insurance. Medical reimbursement every year. Profit sharing.

For context, I’m currently residing in QC. I’m really torn. Any insights?
