The loneliest generation of children

Is it the low birth rates? Is it the nature of being in a tech area? The kids don’t play together. There’s no kids outside. I’ve lived in 3 different neighborhoods of Issaquah/Sammamish area over the last 5 years and it’s been the same at every one.

I’m a parent and teacher in the community. I can’t be the only person who is noticing or experiencing this.

Can anyone help me understand how MCAS symptoms can look like PMDD? when I research it the symptoms all seem to be gastrointestinal and skin related (hives, itching). I don't have these symptoms. I have severe mood alterations (depression/sadness/SI/rage/etc.) during luteal and period. How can MCAS look like PMDD?

My PMDD 'began' in 2021 after I got Covid (I got it before vaccination and was hit hard). I am just now learning about MCAS. So I am trying Pepcid A/C + Allegra experimentally to see if my symptoms improve. I am currently in luteal, but not far enough in to see if this is going to work or not.

I WANT to believe that I have MCAS- because the treatment seems so much easier and I have been through hell trying to treat PMDD the traditional route.
