Hi, I’m having a problem with my new switch 2 and my old one. I’m trying to transfer the data of one profile onto the switch 2 from the switch 1 but it’s not working. I have them both plugged in, it’s the right account, I tried different WiFi’s and the same WiFi’s, I tried restarting and factory resetting the switch 2, I tried keeping them close together and farther apart, but nothing has worked.
The reason I’m not doing the “transfer switch data to switch 2” is because my brother has an account on the old switch and I don’t want to have his data get deleted when switching to the switch 2. Please if someone knows how to help, lmk. I’ve been researching YouTube tutorials and scrolling switch threads for 2 straight hours.
