Honestly i did some research about this and i really don’t know what part of my mac could be causing this

Hi, so i am using this seagate hard drive on my xbox one but however it shows it like this. And i previously used it for games back then but now it just shows this, any thoughts? Also hopefully i don’t have to format it as there was a lot of games inside the drive. But if i do have to please tell me

My xbox one has had this problem since yesterday, last when i used the xbox, it felt super slow and choppy so i restarted it but it didn’t turn on after that. I’ve tried unplugging the console and doing all sorts of stuff. Any suggestions on what could be the problem or what i can do to fix this? :(
