Hi,

A control box for my Herman Miller Nevi Desk popped today and stopped working. It looks like the control box seems to be from Logicdata and its model is "SMARTneo-2-LD-US". I'm currently looking for one that works with 220v as I moved out of the US now.

Do you know where I can purchase the EU version of this control box? Thanks!

(turns out it's not a battery, but a control unit. Doesn't seem like I can update the title tho :( )

Hi,

I recently relocated from the US to Korea and brought my Nevi desk (2021) with me.

When I tried to operate the desk, the control unit made a small pop sound and I saw smoke coming out. I assume the control unit went dead at that point. After that, the desk stopped working.

I reached out to a Herman Miller dealer in Korea and they said they don't have the control unit inventory. I wonder if there's a way to buy the control unit that works with 220v in Korea.
