How to cam after getting lots of dental work done/missing teeth

Hi everybody! Well long story short, I have to go in soon & get a bunch of extractions (some will be in VERY noticeable spots when I talk or smile) and I have no idea what I’m going to do while I have to wait to heal & then get my partials. It’s much needed! I’m also 23 weeks pregnant so my traffic has been so good. I’m really nervous. I’m thinking about going faceless for a while or wear a mask. My smile is one of the things people do compliment me on but little do they know, all of those crowns are failing or there are hairline cracks on the bottom of my real teeth which means I have to get a lot of them pulled. I’m only 27 so it’s rough to think about missing that many teeth but it’s for my health and I’m tired of hating my own smile :(
Please, no judgement. Or people talking me out of getting the work done. I finally have enough saved up for a good partial that I’ve been wanting. I was just wondering if I can’t get an immediate partial (put in right away), I’ll have to wait a couple months minimum to get it.
If anyone else went through drastic dental work while still having to cam, please if you wouldn’t mind sharing what you did to still get by?! My husband doesn’t quite make enough for us to get ahead and have all our bills paid, money put away for new baby and we also have a 2 year old right now. Money is tough.
Much love 💗

Is this a bite? I do live in the Midwest

They’re everywhere out here in MO. I do get bit often if not everyday by some type of creature. The other day I found 2 in my home but my apartments don’t want to spray. Well I have a 2 year old and I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant so this does worry me. Just checking to see what everyone thinks? And most importantly, should I go and get it checked out?
The first photo is from day 2 of this ugly thang on my leg, the other picture was from the following day (taken last night)
Don’t let the pics fool you though because it it very small on my leg I just have it zoomed in.
Any advice would be appreciated 🫶🏼
