Help! Black dog lost or abandoned!

Location is Ejipura ashwini layout. This black dog is not from this area, and has been spotted by me twice since yesterday evening when I take my dog for walk. He seems very scared and jittery. And extremely scared, was shivering and running here and here lost. The other dogs were barking at him .. so I tried approaching him to see if he has tag but he ran away. Please circulate and see if anyone is missing black adult male with gray blue collar. Last spotted at 6 am same location - 27 cross road, ejipura, ashwini layout.

Rant. Why dont food delivery apps take accountability of late delivery.

When we as customers like to cancel an order a min later we have to pay the whole food cost. But he Zomato or Swiggy can delivery 20 mins order after 50 mins and we still don't get the option to cancel or ask for refund. This has happened often. And literally the executive says we understand ur concern it's delayed for 20 mins. After 20 mins they say it's delayed by 20 mins and the timer sticks on the promised time. It's not fair for us costomers.

Once I ordered sweets as I had to visit a friend and their baby. It was last min so planned to order sweets.. btw now cooking with delivery time showing 15 mins. As it's new born mom i also wanted to ensure I stick to time. The partner was assigned after 40 mins. I had already left. Order got delivered after 60 mins. I don't get option to cancel the order. I requested so many times. Told security guard to have it.

Pathetic these guys are.
