Anything like Naturepedic EOS, but non-split Queen?

I like the EOS Classic for its organic materials, safety certifications, latex + coils, and durability, but I really dislike the split Queen comfort layers.

Is there anything with similar quality but a one-piece Queen?

Main priorities:

  • Low-tox materials, no polyurethane foam/fiberglass
  • Good durability and low sagging risk
  • Medium to firm feel — I don’t want anything too soft

I’ve looked at Serenade, Concerto, My Green Mattress Natural Escape, SLEEP365 Sunset, and Avocado. Would especially appreciate feedback from long-term owners.

Americans who work in healthcare, why is it so difficult for ordinary people to get diagnostic testing?

I moved to the US a few years ago, and one thing I still struggle to understand is the healthcare system.

I've had recurring headaches for years. Recently I brought it up with my primary care doctor and asked whether I should get a brain MRI. The answer was basically "not indicated at this point," and instead I was sent for blood work first.

What confuses me is that healthcare here is already incredibly expensive. We pay high insurance premiums, deductibles, copays, and taxes. Yet when a patient is genuinely worried about something serious, it can feel surprisingly difficult to get diagnostic testing.

I understand the argument that unnecessary imaging can increase costs and sometimes finds incidental things that don't matter. But from a patient's perspective, it's hard not to think: "Wouldn't it be better to rule out something serious and have peace of mind?"

Meanwhile, wealthy people, executives, politicians, and celebrities seem to have access to every test imaginable whenever they want it. It creates the impression that there are two different healthcare systems: one for people with money and one for everyone else.

For doctors and people familiar with the US healthcare system: what's the reasoning here? Is this mainly driven by medical guidelines, insurance companies, cost control, liability concerns, or something else?

I'm genuinely trying to understand how the system thinks about situations like this.
