If my experience can save even one person from going through the same frustration, then this post is worth writing.
I booked vehicles and later raised cancellation requests. What followed was not customer service — it was weeks of repeatedly chasing my own money. Calls, messages, follow-ups, promises like “next week,” “in progress,” and endless waiting.
Imagine paying money and then becoming the one running behind people for updates. Imagine having to repeatedly call for something that should have been a basic process. That has been my experience. The delay itself is frustrating, but what made it worse was the lack of communication and accountability. Nobody should have to spend weeks following up for a refund after cancellation has already been raised. Based on my experience, I would strongly think multiple times before booking and I would keep every single conversation and commitment documented. This is my personal experience and I’m posting it so others know exactly what they may be walking into.
