Happened between 3 and 5 pm today at Springtail Park, behind Chisholm Elementary School. White paint (and some kind of cloth) covering everything. It won't let me upload photos, but it is on the playground equipment, fences, gates, basketball court, benches, pool. There isn't a space 1 foot wide on the entire playground without white paint.
