My post was taken down for security reasons so I got proper permission this time to just show case the app so please dont ask to features that may suggest piracy or the github link to the project

I made an alternative Deezer client for android because I'm a sucker for Material 3 Expressive

Basically it is a fork of a local music player project called pixelplayer, I stripped out those and connected in the deezer api.

this currently supports:

  • Flac, 320, 128 the usual
  • Cross fade
  • Transition Effects
  • Built in EQ
  • Planning to add more feel free to gimmie ideas

oh yeah any logo designers out there?

My last post about the idea got taken down for "security" reasons. So I'm not gonna publish any download links or anything just purely showing off lol

I did fork the Pixelplayer project for the UI

(It's super fast and responsive)

So I'm working on a third party client for the somewhat popular music streaming platform Deezer wondering if anyone here use/knows it

I'm making it cuz I'm a sucker for material 3 expressive and desperately want Deezer to have the same "experience"

Anyone looking for better open source alternatives for the deezer mobile app?

basically what the title says if enough ppl are looking for one I might make one that has a material 3 expressive design..... just a pure native android client

I do have experience with making clients as I already have made 2 desktop clients before here
