Spice bags??

Hey everyone, I’m on a diet and I have a huge fear of ruining my progress. I have made a good amount of progress recently and been wanting to treat myself with a spice bag!! If I get a spice bag that’s roughly around like 500g without any sauce or honey drizzling, how many calories is this? I would not like to of course go over my daily calorie intake. Maybe this post will most likely apply to people from Ireland since I’m not too sure if others are familiar with the term spice bags. I have read that you can get water retention from this which is basically bloating. What weight would I expect myself to gain the next morning from this if I do? Apologies since I’m very strict on my diet but make sure to make it positive and not dangerous. Thank you!

I used to have a normal flow period with cramps usually but now my periods are very light and not painful and I spot very often. So in April I already had my period. I then went on a calorie deficit which isn’t too strict or too low, I started going to the gym but have a lot of stress. These could be factors but I would just like to know advice or other things. On my ovulation dates, (21 days into the cycle) after I had my period I started randomly out of nowhere spotting without pain. It persisted for 5 days like a normal period length. I talked about it and asked for advice but I got told I over work myself at the gym. Then, happened again today. I have no idea why, how or what. What the HECK is happening. I might honestly go to the doctors about this because I’m really worried about this..
