We need to tent fumigate for dry wood termites. Not surprisingly, got 2 different responses from Tesla -- ranging from 'shut down the system' to 'just clean off the solar panels after'. . . So even when 90% of my messages are from tenants who ask for already blocked out dates, want to negotiate rent, ask about things that are clearly stated in the description (i.e. occupancy limits) -- it is now my responsibility to quickly answer them or be penalized in listings.
This will just drive up the # of random messages, requests, etc. that every landlord will now have to deal with. Why bother reading, when you can just message for answers?
It's now the landlord's responsibility to compensate for the tenant's lack of reading.
