Please I'm very young and my hair looks very similar to AGA starting stages, I'm really scared. I'm severely deficient in vitamin d and iron and b12 are slightly low. I've also had TE, anybody who thought it was aga when it wasn't able their hair grew back? Please do tell.
First one was December. The next ones are yesterday taken in all possible lightings, I'm still severely vitamin d deficienct. Hoping that fixing that will make this ok. I'm really young and i was afraid TE unmarried AGA, what do you think?
It looks worse after shedding some hair after stress and vitamin deficiency, but this part was always thin even when i had lots of hair. It's this normal? Will it get better when my vitamin deficiency?
Hiii I'm a teenager, about 1.5 years ago i had SUCH thick and pretty hair and SUCH a thick ponytail, but now my ponytail is thinner and my part is widening. I'm really scared and i don't know what caused this. My hair used to fall out a lot, it still does but not as much. Please help I'm scared, ive never had to care much for my hair and now I'm regretting it. my mom has thick nice hair and my dad doesn't have a receding hairline and has hair all over his head but he's in his 40s so it's thinner. my grandparents also have nice hair. i have a severe vitamin d deficiency (9 if that blood report was correct), an iron deficiency and a slight b 12 deficiency. i also has a phase when i would rarely bath or wash my hair and i would get dandruff, and it would come and go.
Please help i don't know what to do, I'm hoping it's just my iron and vitamin d deficiency that is causing it, and it'll be fine once i fix that. Did this happen to anyone when they were younger, did anything help. I'm really stressed about it.
