What time do they stop letting in people before their 1130pm closing? Food line closed earlier than that?

Update I got the tickets at 3: 45. Concert is tmrw and still have no ticket. I've contacted support and they say that it could possibly be late as 4:00 p.m. The concert starts at 7:00.

What did I do just contact support again tomorrow morning? I got the tickets at 3:45 update.
