The Club CLE - Insane Wait Times

The Club CLE - Insane Wait Times

The Club CLE is my home lounge and I had the longest wait ever. I was quoted 85-105 mins after joining the wait-list. For those who haven't been there, the lounge is small and only has a capacity of around 45 people. I've never seen a wait-list longer than 40 minutes.

To pass the time, I grabbed lunch at Bar Symon (PP restaurant) before making my way to The Club. I explained that I had been on the list for an hour and was quoted an insanely long wait time. They let me in right away and I got a text saying my spot is ready.

Has this happened to anyone else at The Club lounges?

Unlimited visits? But with a fee? Who thinks this is confusing?

Haven't used my Priority Pass in any airport lounges cos upon calling my credit card, i will be charged if i use it. But it's just so confusing what's reflected in my PP app. Maybe they should change this if there's a fee. Unlimited visits mean u can visit but with a fee, but what's the difference if you just visit through walkin and by swiping your credit card. RIGHT? NO DIFFERENCE 🫣😔 even read about posts that others thought they'd get free access then later on find out they were charged. This is not right.

München Airport Lounge World mit Schengen Flug

Hallo zusammen,

Aug 17 - Priority Pass update at JFK Airport terminal 1

I arrived at JFK terminal 1 around 1pm. I flew with Swiss airline.

  1. VIP One Lounge - I went here for the fast check in. Didn't try any food or drink but the service was very nice. Concierge lady guided me all the way to the security line and instructed me what I needed to take out from the bag and stuff. Top notch service. Fast check in service allowed me to beat everyone in line including the business class.
  2. Air France Lounge - No access for PP members between the hours of 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  3. Lufthansa Business Lounge - Didn't bother trying since they don't let PP members from Thursday - Monday
  4. Primeclass Lounge - This is the new lounge that recently opened and it was my first time. Smooth check in process. The place was very busy inside but I was able to get a table. Food is very good. They served roasted potatoes, salmon with lemon, rice, variety snacks, and drinks option.

Finally, there is a worthy lounge for PP members to return to.

PP from Chase Ritz expiration

My priority pass expires end of this month. Still haven't received new cards, and the online account still shows 31 Aug 2026 expiration.

Should I give Chase a call?

Do you offer random strangers at airports lounge access when traveling alone?

I recently got my platinum Amex and it comes with unlimited lunge access for yourself and a guest, I saw an old man near lounge at Helsinki airport and asked him if he wants to come. Reception checked board boarding passes, took my physical card, gave me a receipt and we are in.

Is this something people with platinum card do all the times? Am I just being a weirdo?

It’s premium plaza lunge near gate 42 in non Schengen area and they require physical Amex platinum card and won’t let u in with just PP

Email says physical cards are going away. Do any lounges still require them?

I got this in an email about the PP+ app. Wondering if all of the lounges worldwide have moved over as they were saying to carry the physical PP card as a backup. I also wasn't aware that you could use the physical Amex card for access.

>Your physical Priority Pass card will continue to work until the displayed expiry date. After that, you can access lounges easily using your Digital Membership Card or American Express® Card.

First time international traveler: Need clarification on lounge layout in India, card swipe deductions & Priority Pass guest access!

Hi everyone,

I am planning my first international trip soon and have a few beginner doubts regarding how airport lounges work during international departures from India, as well as during layovers abroad.
Hoping the frequent flyers here can clear these up for me:

1. Airport Layout at Delhi (T3) or other Indian Airports: When flying out internationally, once I pass security and immigration, will I only see international lounges (like Encalm at T3), or do domestic lounges remain accessible too?

2. How do Credit Card swipes work at International Lounges in Indian Airports? If I go to the international departure lounge at an Indian airport and hand over my Indian credit card (e.g., HSBC Live+ primary and an add-on card for my wife):
Does the desk swipe it through standard card terminals, deducting it from my card's domestic lounge quota?

Or does it require a Priority Pass and count as an international visit?

3. Priority Pass & Guest Access during Layovers: I hold an HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, which comes with 4 complimentary international Priority Pass lounge visits per year.

When my wife and I are at a layover airport outside India, can I enter the lounge with her using the same Priority Pass card by asking the receptionist to process "1 Member + 1 Guest" (deducting 2 visits from my 4-visit annual balance)?

Or does Priority Pass strictly enforce 1 pass per person, meaning I would need a separate add-on Priority Pass for her?

Would really appreciate any clarity on how this works in practice. Thanks in advance!

Did Anyone use PB Pass by Paisabazaar?

I recently took BOB Scapia through Paisabazaar app. They said they would offer PB Pass for lounge access.

Any idea how this works and is it like a regular airport lounge or is it different?

Has anyone used it so far? Is it fruitful or just a marketing gimmick?

Chicago O Hare priority pass lounges- terminal 5!

Something to keep in mind about lounges in terminal 5! Which is where they all seemed to be in August 2026.

We were stuck on a delayed connected in Chicago O Hare airport and we tried going to the Lounges but couldn’t. We did not want to go through security again and followed signs for terminal transfer bus that you can use so you don’t have to go through security again but as we approached the area, we were told that we couldn’t board the shuttle for just visiting the lounges, you actually needed a flight connection from terminal 5 in order to use the shuttle.

So just be mindful of that for priority pass lounges- it’s too bad all of the lounges are in terminal 5! Plan to go through security again if you want to visit from another terminal.

Wasn’t worth it for us.

PP with Chase

I’m flying out JFK terminal 1 and was wondering if the different airline lounges are accessible to you even if you’re not flying with them? The conditions aren’t clear and just provide hours and states “international flight only”.

SFO lounges are “too full” for priority pass

There was nobody visible in the lounges but “too full” for priority pass. It’s a really poor experience.

Unpopular Opinion: US lounges are lowkey terrible…especially Priority Pass lounges

This may be a unpopular opinion but it has to be said. Every time I fly back to the US I regret having to use lounges in most major US airports. I know there is Amex, Sapphire and Capital One X lounges being added, but still few and far in between. Almost all other US lounges are terrible, dirty, hospitality is dirt floor level, food sucks, etc. You name the experience and we have probably all encountered it.

Unpopular opinion: I’d say 95 percent of the lounges I visit in Africa, Asia and developing countries have lounges that far outperform and outpace US lounges. The food is always fresh, clean, great meals and options, endless drinks, good staff, shower facilities that are somewhat nice, did I mention clean again?!.

Yes, I’ve been in Amex, Sapphire and understand those are great…if you can get through the waiting lists in between your layovers but I’m not really comparing those here as there are still so few.

In my honest review, US and even some European lounges are terrible. I love how US citizens always day the US has the best…and I tend to reply to myself most times “you must have not traveled this world much.”

P.S. I’m a US citizen but live abroad and travel often.

Another truth: PP pretty much sucks now…can another company not start something and get us access into higher end clubs for just a bit more per year or on the higher end cc’s.

Charlotte Douglas Airport priority pass lounge. The Club CLT

Was traveling through there in July 2026. Just a warning. It was four of us. They charged us 27$ for additional person without telling us or providing receipt. I am seeing this charge upon return from vacation after the fact.

We only showed one priority pass membership but husband had his membership too!!

Anyone else happen this to? At any of the lounges ?

Possible to have more access with 2 credit cards

Each credit card entitles 2 visits per year.

What if the same person has 2 credit cards with priority pass privileges?

Will he be given 4 free visits per calendar year then?

Can you get in without prebook? ATL

We (spouse and I) fly into ATL tomorrow and have a 3-ish hour layover. I have a paid PP membership (not through a credit card).

Prebook isn’t available right now, except for 45min before our flight departure!

What are chances that we can still get in during our layover? Or should I plan on just sitting in the terminal?
