I have a 12hr+ layover from 5.30am to 6.30PM in DFW. I have a Chase sapphire reserve credit card and the priority pass that comes along with it. How can I make the best of this 12hr layover, along with my wife?

I was having issues with my priority pass account so an Amex agent unenrolled and re-enrolled me. Now my existing priority pass account shows expired and the new enrollment was rejected. How can I fix this?

Turkish Airlines Lounge Concourse D and E

Went last week and while I was there I tried a beer that I need help identifying.

- Glass bottle (maybe brown color bottle)

- it was a pull tab cap.

- vaguely remember the label having white/red colors. 100% only letters (no pictures or anything)

I’m flying out of IAD on Lufthansa with my two kids at 22:20 on an upcoming weeknight. We plan to get through security around 19:00, which I know is right in the middle of the evening transatlantic rush.

I have a Priority Pass via the Bilt Palladium card (which still allows 2 free guests). I also have 2 United Club One-Time passes in my name.

This will be my first time using PP, but I have heard that many lounges turn PP holders away during peak times or have physical/virtual waitlists.

After looking online I see my options are Turkish at concourse B and Etihad + Air France at concourse A.

For anyone who has flown out recently from IAD in the evening, does turkish remote waitlist actually work, or do they block you if you aren't physically standing at the door? How long was your actual wait time?

What about the Etihad + Air France lounges?

Appreciate any recent data points so I can know what to expect.

Hi y’all, I’m traveling through JFK T4 next month, and want to try to gain access to a lounge. I’m wondering if PP would be worth it. I’d be getting the Standard membership and traveling w/ a guest so I’m debating if its a good idea. I’d also be traveling back through FCO T3 so not sure if it would be worth it for this trip.

I have the Priority Pass plan that requires a payment of 30 USD per lounge visit that I got from my credit card in Switzerland. I find it nice to get access to unlimited food as I travel between IST and GVA frequently, sometimes SAW too.

Recently I let someone in my family use the card, wanting them to benefit from it as well. They downloaded the Priority Pass app and logged in with my credentials and have my membership card. We have the same lat name. They once tried using it at GVA (international, non-schengen departure) and it worked smoothly. They told me that there were very few people and the check-in desk scanned the Priority Pass and then the barcode of their boarding pass which worked smoothl as his boarding pass was between their passport except for the barcode. They then didn't like the lounge and asked the check-in desk to cancel the entry and while they did, the list of entries on the screen displayed my name instead of theirs. They then proceeded to enter the other lounge which had more people than the previous one the same way and it worked after they scanned the PP card and then the ticket barcode, no questions asked and just welcomed in smoothly. They then didn't visit was then processed after 5 days and it was listed in my visit history as I got charged 30 USD for it.

My relative doesn't travel as much as I do, 1 or 2 trips per year at most. They tried the same thing at SAW at the Plaza Premium Lounge and the agent immediately flagged it and said that only the cardholder is allowed to enter and told my relative that trying to get in with someone elses card was fraud and will be reported to PP saying it may escalate up to the termination of the account. My relative told me that the check-in desk scanned the PP card and ticket 2 times with a scanner and then switched to another POS style decide to take a photo of the PP card and boarding pass. After about a month, I received nothing from PP, my account was not logged out and I even entered a lounge at IST which worked very smoothly, being processed and listed on my visit history.

I'm not trying to breach the terms of service or do anything with bad intentions, but letting a relative enter a lounge 1-2 times a year isn't a big deal for 30-60 dollars. My question here is what happens in such cases where the pass is shared (without being scanned at the same time at different airports by different people), what happens when you get reported and how can I help me relative use my pass without the risk of anything serious happening. Also how did they use my PP card at GVA at two separate lounges with no questions and even cancelled a visit because the lounge was bad while they get denied entry in a different lounge. I paid for the visit at GVA (the second one, I didnt pay for the one that cancelled entry), why would lounges deny them entry if they get paid anyway and the visit gets processed even if someone else uses the card. GVA also shows that there is no software restriction on who can use the card as my relative entered smoothly, why does staff make a big deal of this?

So I was enroute to the US via London where I had a stopover.
My banking relationship allows me complimentary access to PP lounges twice a year without meeting any spending threshold. I had confirmed this with my bank before my travel and also confirmed with the PP support that my membership is valid.
On the D-day, i went to the pre-booked Club Aspire Lounge at LHR T5 with the booking confirmation (cost GBP 6.00). When the lady at the counter swiped my card, the machine said “access denied/card not valid.”
She couldn’t find my booking on the system as well though I had an email confirmation of the booking with a reference number as well. The good lady tried a few times before giving up.
I have emailed and followed up with the PP support a couple of times but got zero response till now.

Anyone else faced this or may suggest what the issue could be?
Would love to know how can I escalate this.

Hey guys, I’m traveling from Melbourne to Colombo via Singapore airport. I’ve got a decent 7hrs layover so I thought why not get myself a lounge pass. Since I’m not a frequent flyer the membership won’t make sense so planning on getting a single entry pass. My questions are:

1. Should I make a pre purchase online or purchase the pass in person when I’m there?
2. Which lounge do you recommend per your experience of international travelling?
3. What are some concerns or interesting experiences you had?
   4 what are some DOs and DONTs from your travel experiences?

(P.S - first time lounge visit)

I have two different Mastercard credit cards that both include complimentary access to Mastercard airport lounges.

One card gives me 4 complimentary visits, and the other gives me 3.

If I enter the lounge using the first card, can I then use the second card to cover additional guests, even if I don’t use a personal visit from that second card?

For example:

Card 1: Me + 3 guests (4 visits)
Card 2: 3 more guests (3 visits)
Has anyone actually done this? Were you able to combine the complimentary visits from two different
Mastercard cards during the same lounge visit?

Hi I currently have my PP from my CSR, but I just got the Amex plat and that’s also comes with a PP. is there any benefit to having two PP? Could I use one for a family member?

How likely are they to allow Priority Pass on a Saturday night? Anyone with experience?

Not sure if those are busy hours for them but got a 3 hour layover.

Hadn’t seen this posted, but did notice several lounges with shower facilities are now subject to payment for their shower usage. The Clubs affected are SJC (both), PIT, LAS (both), CLT and DFW. Virgin Clubhouses in JFK is also affected by this.

XpresSpa (gates 1-29) MCO has closed.

Edit: Another note is that it also states that Primeclass Lounge in Terminal D at DFW is no longer part of Priority Pass. I can’t confirm that as it still shows in my Priority Pass app but maybe something to look out for.

The Minute Suites near gate C3 at BWI is now charging a cleaning fee.

So the previous free service included with the pass (one hour) now costs extra?

The attendant said in the fee started in April.

Are other Minute Suites charging this new fee or is it limited to BWI?

Edit: I went back to ask additional questions. They reported that the cleaning fee is now at all Minute Suites locations. They also said it is for any service, not just limited to showers.

Since the priority pass lounges were moved from T2 to T3 at FRA (Frankfurt), has anyone been able to access to the Priority Lounge if not departing from T3? I have a flight arriving from USA and on to Albania both in T1 and wanted to try and access this lounge in T3
