How do you get a refund??
Gimme care. Warning to all!!
My first order arrived 3 weeks ago. They sent me the wrong order (starter dose ) despite the physician’s prescription stating otherwise.
Three weeks of asking for it to be made right and just getting the runaround “we’re looking into your case” then radio silence until you email again. Chloe is not responding to DM’s.
Suffice to say I’ve had to go a different route with a different provider because Gimme took my money but did not send me what their doctor prescribed and is refusing to make it right.
How did you end up finally getting their mistake fixed : receiving a refund? Do you really have to go sue them or file an official complaint like I read here before?
