i have an odyssey ticket that i wanted to use for one of my slots but at the time all my slots were taken, i know some people have said that they've canceled to switch to one of their slots but that bots take it before they can.

i was just wondering if anyone has reached out to support and successfully changed it to an a-list slot instead of canceling the purchased ticket? for reference its an imax 70mm at citywalk showing.

have 1 ticket to directors village for this saturday 8/1 at 7:30pm. $15

can anybody who's been to 70mm imax for the odyssey AT citywalk pls confirm if there's trailers or not? would be helpful thanks!!
