Positive testing

This isn’t about me, but more so someone that I know.
What is the probability of having sex one week and instantly testing positive the next week?

One of my close friends told me he doesn’t believe that his child is his because he had only been with his partner for two weeks. They only had sex the first week she was there and as she was getting ready to leave the following week, she took a pregnancy test which came back positive.

Correct me if I’m wrong , but doesn’t it take at least 3 weeks for hcg to be strong enough to test on a pregnancy urine test ?

Paternity process

Hi all,

My husband has a child from a previous marriage that he has always felt like may have not been his, but he did what he believed to be the right thing at a time and sign the birth certificate. What’s that being said he lives in Europe and the ex-wife live in America so when they went through the divorce , there was no custody agreement or child support, the child support that he gave was of his own free will of kind of what she decided would be perfect since she would be here by herself, raising a child since immigration and his job is harder him to come back-and-forth. That being said, he’s going through the steps now to see if the child is his, and my question is, if it was proven that the child is not his and it’s been about 5 for six years, how easy is it to have him removed from the birth certificate?
