My entire room consists of greys, whites and black. The walls are light grey. I'm not looking to swap my furniture or change the wall colors, as it was a surprise gift by mother and she spent quite a bit of money on it.

I'm actually quite happy that it's modern and not too overstimulating. My only issue is that I don't know how to decorate it and add warmth and depth without messing up.

Especially this wall.

Please help, I'm at my wits end. Feel free to use your Photoshop skills! ✨

About me:

I like classical literature, creative writing, fashion, history, art deco, museums, spending time in nature and spirituality & faith.

Maybe someone has an idea on how to express myself through my room?

I have tried ADF before for two weeks and quit afterwards. Mainly because I found it made me less active, more lethargic etc. but also because I didn't see a change ok the scale at all. Not even a tiny bit. Nor eben a slight fluctuation.

Since I am on antidepressants (Sertraline, 50mg), which are known to interact with metabolism, I've been wondering if other people on SSRIS have had a similar experience or actually saw results?

I thought maybe it just won't work for metabolisms affected by SSRIS but lately I've been thinking about giving it one more try so I'd really appreciate your input!
