"Lore bait" as a concept is stuff like video games not having actual lore (which requires writing a narrative and worldbuilding), and just using it as superficial appeal so that people spend time and money on the games. I mean, stuff like experiencing WKBRL as it happened 6 years ago was fun and all, but does it matter when the most character lore we have gotten SO FAR has come from a piss-related community event? Is it worth it to spend so much time on usually rebuked and inconsistent information? 🧐
