What should I do? Umm I never contacted them again but one or two people tried to contact me rn, This makes me want to vomit because that school are ruining my reputation before and no one's helping and just more blamed me for trying to escape from bullying environment. I choose to stand for myself back then and everybody's angry. This was almost half a year ago.

I left some of my stuff here and didn't want to take it because I dropped out immediately after my condition worsened. The person who tried to contact me said that they wanted to giving back my stuff uhh this hard I don't want to meet anyone's from here it makes my PTSD flare up.

Should I take it? It's been so long and I almost forgot all about it. I'm literally shaking rn as I type this.

People from my school old school where I was badly bullied tried to contact me.

This person never seems to be bad but they're friends with bullies which makes me not trust them.

I've tried but always failed and in the end they all blame me and bring up the bad past. I now have CPTSD and what should I do? Should I leave? I'm not sure I can survive much longer if I'm forced to live like this..

Maybe it's normal for me to suddenly explode with anger? What reaction should I give?
