Juicing more for the taste or for the health benefits?

I got a canoly 3-in-1 juicer a while back mostly because I wanted to start drinking more fruit and veggie juice at home.

At first I was trying to make everything as healthy as possible, lots of greens, cucumber, celery, that kind of stuff. Didn't take long to realize I'm way more likely to actually drink it if there’s some apple, orange, or pineapple in there too.

So now I don't really overthink it. If it tastes good and gets me to make juice regularly, that's probably better than forcing down something I hate.

It also helps that cleanup isn’t much of a hassle, because I know myself and I’d stop using it pretty quickly if it was.

Curious what everyone else does. Are you mostly juicing for the health side of it, or because you just like fresh juice? And how much do you care about the sugar from fruit?

My all-white audio setup

I was cleaning my desk this morning when I noticed something I hadn't really thought about before, almost all of the audio gear I use every day is white.

None of it was bought as a matching set. My iPad is what I use for work, YouTube, and most of my music at home (the speakers are honestly better than I expected). The old EarPods mostly come out for online meetings. My Baseus clip-on earbuds are what I grab for commuting, workouts, or whenever my phone is charging and I can't use wired earbuds. The little Spark GO amp spends most of its time connected to my electric guitar, but every now and then I'll use it as a Bluetooth speaker too.

Looking at everything together made me realize I've apparently been choosing white without even noticing. Does anyone else have a default color for their tech?
