DH or Emh Shaman

I'm looking at starting a new toon for PvP. I pretty much exclusively play in arenas, solo shuffle or 2's and 3's on the weekends when I have friends on. I have pushed to 1800 a few of times as healers or ranged/caster DPS, and I want to try something melee or melee-adjacent and have come down to either enh shaman or DH. Before people tell me to try both I have both at 80 and I hate leveling alts so I just want to pick one.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of both? Which is easier to play or to at least climb to or above 1800 with? I'm not afraid to put the work in to learn a class if it pays off, my current main is an Evoker lol. Thanks in advance

Fully refunded for groceries I picked up, don't know what to do.

Hello, the other day my wife and I put in a grocery pickup order of around 300 bucks. We were charged for it of course but they had to make some adjustments due to subs or out of stock products which is normal. Usually what happens is the original charge is removed from my card and then the new, now lower charge is taken off leaving me with a couple bucks for whatever they missed. This last time we grabbed our groceries no problem, and a couple days later they removed the original charge as usual, but then also refunded it and then charged the new price on top of it, effectively doubling my money while I got all my groceries. In effect, I got my groceries and they gave me around 300 bucks at the end of the day. It's been a couple of days and they haven't changed it, and I'm not above keeping the money, but how long should I wait before the coast is clear?

I played Feral in S1 of TWW and did fairly well, though I got tired of feeling like I was playing the piano and was the kill target in every shuffle I ever joined got old so I stopped playing. I'm coming back after a break and I'm wondering how they are now? I see they're considered one of the hardest specs in arena but is that difficulty rewarded with a higher skill ceiling as well or am I going to lose to a BM hunter hitting their 3 button rotation and missing their traps at 1800 and beyond as was the case in TWW? I'm exaggerating of course but I don't want to get stuck with a spec that has to work three times as hard just to keep up with an easier spec.
