Steam VR Error 213, Vive Pro Eye (tried many fixes and replaced cables and still errors)

My graphics card is fine with running another headset (index) but it wont work with this, I reallly hope its some sort of issue with software but dont know entirely. both the link cables and the link box is replaced to good condition ones.

I really, r e a l l y hope that this isnt an issue hardware wise on the headset itself as that would mean repairing it for whatever issue appeared or sadly change headsets. (frame when gabe?)

Steam VR error 213 with a Vive Pro Eye, tried many tests/potential causes.

Been getting the same error over and over again, replaced link cables and link box, graphics card still functions normally, it recognizes the headset usb drivers, but steam VR says its a display cable issue (and the title is Laptop: Headset Display Disconnected and im not on a laptop???)

Been trying to identify a similar ish toy that this was that I vividly remember. within this rough blender model it shows is its basic shape, colors and mechanism. I for the life of me never got to find what its called or had no luck looking it up online with useless search engines for years... (model is likely not exact to what it was but as close to what i remember)
