What do yall think the serialized Naruto diamond parallel would cost? What’s the general pull rate for a diamond parallel serialized card?

Anyone fearful of selling on eBay? I have a 1st anniversary set sealed that I’m selling and have offers on, but I guess everyone seems super sketchy to me.. tons of feedback but not any recent or anything like that. Any tips? I’ve been trying to selling locally but no bites. Only on eBay.
