I’m married (same-sex) to a man that was baptized as a baby and has been Catholic all of his life. I have been attending mass with him for the past few months. The parish that we have been going to is part of a cluster that is on the new ways ministry website.

My husband is from another city so we are both new to this parish.

Does anyone have any advice for how to approach my situation with the OCIA Director and clergy? Things to avoid saying? How open to be? When to broach the subject of my relationship? What to expect?
