Owner shared a quote with Aed 1.25 less than the contractual maintenance amount

Hi, I am first time renter in Dubai. I feel like my owner is trying to bluff me.

A few weeks ago my water heater broke, I had to call emergency maintenance (paying 100 aed) because the water was dropping everywhere. They told me the water heater needs to be replaced. I asked them how much it would cost, they said nearly 900-1000. It's a 80 liter, ariston water heater.

I have got a quote from the building maintenance for 950. My owner has shared a quote with 498.75 (anything above 500 they will have to pay), also at first they called me and said its gonna cost 450 so I will have to pay, then I asked for quote and they shared this (Image, looks very sus) I am trying to get other quotes, I am sure they will be higher than this, but how to proceed?

Also, someone told me to contact the same company and get a quote from them itself but what if owner says that they have got a personal discount or something?

Can anyone please help me with the right protein powder to buy and where to buy it from? I was checking noon and there are huge price disparities between brands, also most of the reviews look like they were from bots.

There are other sites too but I don't know which is more trustable, or maybe there is a shop that you know which gives good discounts. My budget is between Aed 100-200

For context, I am trying to lose weight and protein powder is a great way to hit daily protein goals (I also lift weights every alternate day). I have seen some combos like creatine + protein, but they are off my budget and tbh do I need to increase my budget? I think most brands come under this.

Thank you!!!!

I have worked in agencies and in single companies, but this is the first time I am seeing revenue targets being assigned by managers, is it common? Usually we compared week on week and MoM performance and give insights accordingly.
