HELP

I just made an errant key stroke and now this line shows up in EVERY document. Qualities:

- cannot move, adjust, or select

- doesn't appear to be on a layer

- is visible in color in outline mode

- appears thick when zoomed out and thin when zoomed in

- changes color depending on what layer I'm in

The last bit feels important. It makes me feel like its a layer menu issue.

In the image above the text is 12pt Myriad Pro Regular - just for size reference.

Any ideas?

Do I need a pressure regulator?

I bought a 1910 craftsman about a year and a half ago. I had all galvanized supply replaced with pex or copper. Most of the fixtures are still in place though - some of them likely dating back to the 50s or maybe earlier. For reference, one toilet has a manufacture date of 1924. So, some of the valves are certainly old.

Anyhow, I’m now asking a plumber to tackle a few additional things. He is well reviewed and comes recommended from several people in the neighborhood. He said that if the city water pressure is over 80psi I should get a pressure regulator to help protect fixtures and appliances. The measured pressure was 82. I’m guessing that pressure fluctuates a bit. That’s a borderline number, to me. Thoughts? Opinions? Should I get this work done? It’s not a crazy amount of money but it’s also not nothing.

Quite the 90s SF pull today! I’ll be listing this on Discogs sometime in the near future.

Fully play testing but the CD looks VG+ while the inners are G+.
