I'm trying to get into Reaper again so I can make use of the Tracktion stuff I've bought. I kept a Windows 10 install literally just to run FL2024 so I could use my vsts. But it was taking 70-80 gb just for that, so I replaced it with Arch and I'm just suffering trying to get a DAW working since then

now,

I'm in Reaper, I installed my .so's, I plugged in my Akai MPK mini3 and enabled it, it shows up as hw:M3.

then I arm the track and play a note and no matter what I change in the program, it just plays at whatever volume I have the track's MIDI volume knob at.

I haven't messed with the internal programs on the Akai at all, full level setting is off,.

Thank you if you have any ideas. I can't find shit on Google. I can't tell if this is a Reaper issue even, or an Arch issue. But I'm leaning towards Reaper since it was working on FL on the same system..

I've been on Spiro and low dose E since May 2021, starting at 20 y/o, switched to 4mg valerate injections in July 2022. In December 2025, my E was near like 500 and they wanted to go down to .1 ml.

That's what I'm on now, with 100mg spiro and 100mg prog

like as far as physical changes nothing really changed that much to my eyes, even comparing old to new photos. I think I'm just kinda in denial I think hoping it's taking longer, but my body causes my a loot of dysphoria to the point I just don't look at myself. Is there anything else I can do, medically?? My levels have been normal, high 100s to 300s, up until the high reading and T has always been like 12 - 35.

I feel like I'm missing something or doing something wrong.
