AITA for trying to stop my friend from meeting with this guy? (Long post)

I posted this on already, but given some recent events, I think it'd also fit in this subreddit.

Me (18F) and my said friend (also 18F) are in 12th Grade, graduating in May. She wants to pursue an acting career while I'm going into med school.

Given that, she started to look for acting agencies in our area and got signed up in one, but that was the most recent update I had up until the previous week. She came up to me all giggly and such and told me she has been talking with a local aspiring director (24M).

At first, I thought it was purely work-related and was happy she was finding a way to make her dream come true. Until she showed me the texts.

He texted her something along the lines of

"You seem young, how old are you?"

"18"

"Oh, thought you were in school still."

"I am, graduating soon."

"Ah! Great, so do you let me still talk with you?"

And then, another time:

"Is 26 too old for you?"

"I mean, 18-26 is a bit of a big difference."

"25?"

"25 is somewhat better."

"Then, thank god I'm 24."

And it even got sexual. She showed me and was happy about it but I got so creeped out.

He told her stuff like:

"Have you ever had sex?"

"No."

"Have you done any.. foreplay stuff? Did you have any exes?"

"No, my ex was a dumbass."

"To which one are you replying?"

And THE WORST for me:

"Teenage me would dream of hands like yours and shiver."

She had arranged to go to his house the previous weekend. She doesn't understand that he's being creepy even though i insisted many times.

After trusting my gut that's something's malicious and taking some Redditors' advice, I talked to her the morning before she was to go to the guy's house.

She got mad at me for wanting to go with her, saying that "you're ruining my shot with your overthinking!" and stuff like so, but in the end, i convinced her that I'll drive her there and stay outside just in case.

We arrive there, I tell her that if she doesn't text me/give me a call every hour, I'll knock on his door and call the police if necessary. She rolls her eyes annoyed but agrees.

First hour passes, I'm notified. I feel relaxed.

Second hour, again, a text. I'm happy.

Third hour. Nothing.

I can feel my heart pounding. I text her back. She leaves me on read. I can feel my legs trembling. I call her. Voicemail.

I get out of my car and start banging on the guy's door maniacally, having my phone on the other hand ready to dial the police.

Then, my friend, obviously tipsy, opens the door. I immediately grab her to leave as I am afraid that something has happened and she shoves me back onto my car. We got into a heated verbal fight and she just walked back into his house and slammed the door.

I don't know what else to do. The last thing I told her was "I just hope you know what you're getting into." She hasn't reached out still. I don't even know if she's physically hurt, or anything worse...

Was I an AH and ended up losing a friend over nothing serious?

She has arranged to go to his house tomorrow. Am i just paranoid or is there something more malicious going on and how can I help this? She doesn't understand that he's being creepy even though i insisted...
