Bought the s5 from Aliexpress
So as the title suggests, I bought the timemore s5 from aliexpress and it arrived the other day.
I didn't realise until after I bought it that it didn't have the blue "brand guarantee" thing that aliexpress has on a lot of the timemore products sold by third parties other than the timemore store but when it arrived it all seemed legit and felt appropriately premium.
It even had the authenticity check sticker on nit which checked out fine.
Only thing that's throwing me off is the lid/handle. It doesnt really got onto crank easily and require a bit of force/jimmying to get it on and off. I cant see any visible signs of damage. Had anyone else had this issue?
Its got me wondering if a counterfeiter could just grab a legitimate code from timemore, and use it to kake their own stickers? The code isnt linked to a specific product or purchase , you just get a message saying "this was made in our factory" so it feasibly could be replicated?
