What do I do as a Duke?

Hello all, I have played as the emperor of HRE before. And it went somewhat smooth. Now I started as the Duke if Bohemia specializing in manipulation. I went with the third route.

What do I do first? I was thinking I should build things right away and get gold that way, but that about activities and other stuff? I gave some titles to my vassals to make the strongest like me, if anything I can give courtiers. My main ideas is to farm 30-50 years before military action. And if anything, I want to usurp the hre title. How can I do that? Also how can I get made a king. And will that change my Playstyle? Because my playstyle is just building or upgrading properties, sometimes hosting a feast, and fighting when I have military power. Is 30-50 years a lot? Thats what I did as the emperor.

And ultimately...what is your advice on what to do

About the current situation

Hello all! I was wondering about out of state options, America and worldwide. Problem? The 2.5 gpa. Ever since I started school, I have never, and I will repeat this, I have NEVER, even when trying, gotten bs and as. Always all Cs. Maybe I am not the smartest person ever, sure, but I just don't like where I am located, and want to go out of state. I really do not wish to take community College. I want to study IT

Would you like to see a cannibal mode?

Ever since the beginning of the game, I wondered what would happen if you were to join the ranks of the cannibals, perhaps assembling your own crew, perhaps finding other people to kill, etc. I do not know if it is possible to mod this, but seems like a cool idea

I will start new campaign as HRE. I will give my vassals new duchy titles so that they dont rebel against me. I plan to expand for 50 years before conquering France.

I will have only armored footmen as men at arms. I will build farms and blacksmiths, hunting grounds. I will get extremely crown authority to appoint my son as heir of the empire.

What about cities though, I can construct a city yet it says I wont own it anymore? Weird stuff. Tried building a city and temple and it said that.

Anyways, my goal is to get to the byzantine empire and screw it up. Expanding into France and Hungary is to be allowed.

What else shall I do?

For some reason, every time I open I legit am scared to play. I am the Kaiser of HRE, I am 49 yet I haven't captured any territories. I have fought 2 civil wars and my most powerful vassals can be used to back me up in a war. Now, the real issue is since I earn 16.8 gold on court grandeur lvl 10, I have no idea how I am supposed to capture the entirety of the world, since that is the point of the game, yes? I just get so upset knowing I won't do it even as 300 years go by. I say it because at 49 I only fought 2 civil wars, and will probably fight a third when I do absolute crown authority for my son to be heir of the empire.

France fucked my regiment of 16k because they have high quality troops instead of medium quality like we do. I will start building military universities now, and more military related stuff. I have 2 armored footmen. regiments, one light horsemen and bow regiment respectively. 6.5k levy. I believe building military institution and blacksmith in my area is going to be good right now.

Before this I have only built farms for money and upgraded them to lvl2. I only upgrade my territories. As a Kaiser of the HRE, I simply do NOT have money to construct a building on each city of my vassals. Is there any reason I should be building on other vassal's land? Should I worry about it?

Hello all, I have played as the HRE and it was fun. Still is, yet I was wondering if Byzantine will be difficult to handle. I am a noob sadly, so I do not know if I should try byzantine, hearing they have a lot of revolts.

Hi all, I love ck3 but the anxiety I get is insane. I play the Kaiser of HRE, yet I feel very anxious. I dont know how to actually grow said military, I get 25 gold per month, I only have one king (non powerful vassal) which has -100 relationship with me, and am confused on what to do. I want to conquer France but dont know how to do it. I play the game on x4 speed, my vassals are about 30+ relations with me, some are more. I have fought the saxons already. My army has 2 heavy infantry, one archer and cavalry regiment.

I feel confused on many things, like how to get military power, should I create new kingdoms or duchies? I dont know why I would need them except gifting them. Is the end goal to conquer everybody? Because Im already feeling extremely stressed and scared managing the hre, nevermind the whole map

Hello. I started as kaiser heinrich. I first went on pilgrimage for piety to get crowned and then did a feast, but it seems like many hate me.

I have still not figured out the gift title system. I give Dukes another duchy but they hate me even more than before and demand extra lands when the duchy is given. I plan to get crowned and then invade france.

I need tips on how to have good relations with vassals and ALSO what should I build?
