Normal breathing??
Hello! This is my Leo, Mushu. Recently, we’ve been struggling with weight loss due to her not eating for almost 90 days. She only recently started losing weight in her tail, and this is possibly the worst possible time for a vet visit since we just bought a house. We will 100% bring her to the emergency vet if it gets any worse, but I wanted some more input and what we should do before we do go. I have an appointment in 2 weeks for her.
Is her breathing like this normal? I’m already on edge from her losing weight in her tail (around half what it used to be). The ambient temperature of the hot side of her tank is 80, basking spot 1 is 92 and the second is 87. Cool side of her enclosure is 73, humidity is 50%. She’s on topsoil and playsand, and has no signs of bloating or impaction that I can see.
