Need help finding the right one

So I’m looking to get a capture card for a dual PC stream setup. I’m just not entirely sure how the passthrough works. I like to game at 1440p 200hz but I don’t know if having the wrong elgato will ruin that for me…Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated.

I’ve seen the 3D model by PixelFire but not a 2D one. His is done in unity and with blender, I’m taking a different approach. We’ll see how it goes. Any advice on this would be appreciated as well (My first model)
