Work Schedule

I’ve always been a night owl. When I finished high school I worked retail and was always on the closing shift. Then I joined the business world and started a 9-5. Just recently I started a new job where we can choose our hours. Thinking of changing my work schedule. I WFH 3 days a week and in the office 2 days. I am currently working 6 am - 2 pm. It’s sooo hard to wake up and get to the office by 6. Last week I switched to a few days of starting at 7/7:30. What a difference that 1 extra hour of sleep made! I have hard time falling asleep let alone at 8 pm to be up at 4:30 am to get to the office by 6. But if I go into the office later I’ll hit so much more traffic on the drive home. Plus trying to get to the gym for a 4:30 class. My husband works 5 am-3pm and sometimes even 3 am-3 pm. I could never. But he’s ready for dinner at 4.

Not one person has noticed my weight loss or said anything 🥹

FINALLY hit my second weight goal. First goal weight was onderland and then 180 lbs by a wedding I had to attend yesterday. I hit my goal right in the day of. Not a single person has made a comment that they noticed I’ve lost weight or been working hard on myself. Not my spouse, parents, siblings, any other family or friends. Not a single person. Not people I haven’t seen in a while or see often. Makes me sad but I’ll keep chugging along for me.

High School Classes

I homeschool my 15 year old son who is severely dyslexic.
We have an electrician in the family and he's showing interest in possibly going that route after HS. He's going to shadow him next month to see if that's what he really wants to do. What classes did you or wish you could have taken in HS? We're currently working our way through Algebra.
Adding letters to math has been his least favorite. This year we're thinking of doing a math free physics course so we can focus on the concepts and then a regular physics the following year.

ProRX and Apothecary

I’ve been on tirz for 4 months now and down 35 lbs. I have 1 bottle of ProRX left so I figured I’d try my Apothecary first. With Pro I had a lot of nausea but fast weight loss. Now on Apothecary for 3 weeks. Zero nausea. Still losing albeit very slowly. Appetite suppression is still there but not as strong. Should I do half a shot of ProRX and half apothecary? Just to use up the ProRX?
