Hey so yesterday was my birthday do I ate a lot of food really late I had fried rice at 6 and popcorn and cake at around 7 5 To 9 later that night around 10 11 my dad brought pizza and I had just one slice then straight after I went to bed woke up in the middle of the night with my chest hurting. It's been going all day please help

I got my period today at 5 and it was bad. I usually have an hour before the pain gets serious so I took my shower and got water ready for my water bottle. The hot water didn't work (again) and the cramps were worse than usual. Well the pain on my abdomen was the same but it spread to my lower back and every single joint lower. I had the usual diarrhea and vomiting (yes actual vomiting) which was better today cause most of my food was mostly digested. If it wasn't everything would've been out. And the bleeding is so heavy I have to double my pads and they still leak. I just want it to stop. Im a teen so I'm not really allowed anything. If you can help please do
