The second picture is an email that has me so pissed (along with the fact that they haven’t yet paid).

I didn’t reach out to them. I’ve never not delivered a package assigned to me. They clearly didn’t review my account.

I don’t have the energy to argue with support tonight but has this specific scenario happened to anyone and what was the outcome?

I’ve been weather cancelled before but it was prior to checking in. The station employees said “they’re cancelling everyone, go to your updates and check email”. My updates did in fact say cancelled but the email with exact block details didn’t come until after they had us all leave. So checked in, ID scanned in, no route or packages scanned. It still had me active delivery until the block ended. No payment. Will this sort itself out?

  1. A gig accepted that had a pickup time of 1 hour from offer (you’re 5 mins away so isn’t based on your location) but it wants you to start gig in the 15 mins of acceptance timeframe. You don’t want to go now, that’s why you offered- bc of the start time. So how does that work? Are you able to start gig but then not go immediately?

  2. If there are 2 gigs headed to same neighborhood and neither are worth it on their own- do you offer both at same time? If one gets accepted and one gets rejected, how do you decline the accepted one? What if the declined one isn’t declined before the 15min start gig time? What penalty would you expect depending on both scenarios?

  3. What is the best method for stacking if your current delivery is ending 30+ miles and you want to start getting some at that end location + along the way? Will it make you complete the 30 miles and then trigger the along the way one or is it aware I’m one exit away and to grab it now? [this question kinda circles back to question 2]

Thanks for any helpful insight!
