Looking for Advice on Building a 2-Story Home
Hello!
My parents are looking to build a 2-story house with 4–5 bedrooms (with 1–2 bedrooms downstairs) and 4–5 bathrooms. The lot is around 3,000 sqm, so we have plenty of space, but we’re not really sure where to start. I’m hoping to get some advice from people who have gone through the process.
We’re currently looking for an architect, but we also don’t have a good idea of how much it would cost to build a house this size.
For those who have built a similar home, how much did you end up spending? What other costs should we expect besides the actual construction?
Also, any advice on where to start or what we should consider when looking for an architect would be greatly appreciated. If you know of any good architects or contractors near or in Pangasinan that you would recommend, please let me know so we can look into them.
