Hutchins TX location

First time having a package pass through Hutchins and this happens. Sitting for almost a week.

When i google this specific location im FLOODED with people saying its notorious for yoinking packages. some people said MONTHS before it was admitted that the package was "lost". So I guess mines yoinked too. Replace your staff, all of them, theyre all working with eachother and yall know it. Apparently your own customer service cant even get in touch with them.

Why are you still letting this happen?

This morning i checked multiple cities in multiple states and couldnt find any targets that stocked the naturewell pokemon fragrances.

Ive searched the internet and have only managed to find 2 videos of people coming across the fragrance mists, but so far have only seen the squirtle, charmander, and pikachu. I havent spotted a single jigglypuff (peachmallow dreams). I cant even find them for resale on ebay. Did ANYONE see the jigglypuff fragrance mist? I feel like something very wrong happened with their shipments
