I got 146 in met and 91.43 in cbse boards will I be able to get electrical and communication engineering in manipal main campus?

I am a pcm student from cbse so I don't have high hopes for board , I am expecting around 90-92 in boards without counting any grace of any sort . Is it possible for me to get rv eee?
