Would like to get a case of some sort for my impact to throw in the pickup with a battery and lug socket while on trips. Curious what other folks are using? There's quite a few neat cases on Amazon for the larger impacts but not the atomic one. Might just resort to a 12" bag but thought I would check here for ideas first.
Is this typical? I can see them sending refurbs for warranty replacements, but I was a little shocked to find that when I bought a new part directly from Dyson it was actually a refurb. I thought it was wrapped strangely when I took it from the box, then upon further inspection the seals are dusty and there are big scratch marks inside of the motor body. Considering it was 2 months out of warranty when it died, I'm not at all impressed that I had to spend my additional money for a used part.
