Getting screened out at the very end of a 40-minute survey is starting to feel like a scam!

Let's talk about the massive amount of time wasted trying to complete surveys, only to get hit right at the very end with messages like:

- "The survey provider has closed this survey."
- "There are no more spots left."
- "Unfortunately, they already have all the responses they need."

That second one is especially stupid. How are they going to wait until I finish the entire survey to tell me there are "no more spots"? There are SO MANY MORE variations of these BS messages. I’ve been using Prime Opinion for about a year now, so I know this is considered "normal" here. But today it happened to me over 10 times on surveys that took between 15 and 40 minutes to do. It is absolutely horrible.

It's unbelievable that Prime Opinion NEVER takes responsibility. Everyone here knows that the moderators will always find a way to blame the survey provider. Nothing new there.

Honestly, lately, this feels like a straightup scam between the platform and the survey providers. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to me that Prime Opinion and these providers cannot develop some sort of basic system where a survey simply stops showing up for people the second it closes or fills up. Why let us waste our time and have a miserable experience?

I completely understand why this platform gets so many complaints now. It seems like they have absolutely zero interest in working things out with the providers or implementing a technical fix to stop this from continuing to happen.

HeyCash wiped my games page and denied my reward after I honestly grinded it.

Hey everyone,

Quick heads-up before you read: I already posted this once, and I made sure it didn't break a single subreddit rule, but the mods deleted it anyway. It looks like they’re trying to bury this so users don't find out, but I have absolutely no problem reposting this every single day if I have to. People deserve to know what's happening.

Anyway, I wanted to share my experience and warn you guys about what’s going on with HeyCash. To be honest, I read posts every day from people complaining about payment issues and calling this platform a "scam," but I personally never had a single problem with my survey payouts or cashouts. Everything went smoothly for me... until now.

About a month or two ago, I decided to try out the game offers section for the very first time. My first and only game was "Sunshine Island". At first, it was cool. I completed some low-level milestones with small rewards, and the tracking and cashouts worked with no issues at all.

But things took a sharp turn for the worst as soon as I hit a big milestone worth a little over $100 in that same game.

Instead of getting my reward, the entire games section just completely vanished from my account out of nowhere. To make things shadier, they actually removed the support button from my dashboard too. I was honestly about to just give up, but then I noticed a tiny "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the main landing page (before you even log into your account). That's how I finally managed to drop them a message and try to figure out what was going on.

Well, this is how they completely washed their hands of the situation:

  • The first time I contacted support: An agent named Natalie told me it was just a "temporary maintenance or sync issue" and told me to wait 48 hours, clear my cache, and log back in. I did all of that, nothing fixed it, and they just closed the chat on me.
  • The second time I got in touch: I opened a new chat to follow up since it had been over 48 hours. Another agent named Andrea answered and completely changed the story. She told me the games page was permanently removed because of "compliance requirements and game progression concerns" to "protect fairness."
  • The third time I replied: Since I knew I played 100% legitimately, I told them there must be a technical tracking error on the provider's end. I asked for the specific name of the offer provider so I could contact them directly, appeal, and clear things up. Andrea basically told me that they couldn't give me that info "for account security reasons."

It’s honestly a joke. They blame a third-party provider so they don't have to pay you, but then they refuse to tell you who that provider is so you can’t even defend yourself or fix the misunderstanding.

So in the end, they denied my $100+ reward, blocked me from ever doing game offers again, and basically told me that if I want to make money, I should just stick to surveys.

I played this game completely honestly—no VPNs, no emulators, nothing. I invested a crazy amount of time and even some of my own money into "Sunshine Island" to hit that goal. Getting everything wiped the exact second I earned a substantial amount feels like a total scam.

Just be super careful when you start working on big offers here. They might track your small rewards just fine, but once you make real money, they might just delete your wall and give you the runaround.

Pending payment delay and support button missing on the website (Need help)

Pending payment delay and support button missing on the website (Need help)

Hi everyone, I've been using heycash for a while now to do surveys and play games, and honestly, I never had any issues until today.

I have a payment that was supposed to clear today, but it's still showing as "pending". I wanted to contact support directly through the website to check what's going on, but the support button has completely disappeared. Since I can't reach anyone there (and it's actually my first time needing to use support) I'm posting here hoping someone from the team can help me out.

I’ve attached a screenshot of my pending payment below.
