Schools that like a lot of leadership hours?

Any med school out there that are particularly “leadership” heavy? If that’s even a thing lol. I have 1850 leadership hours across multiple things but have very little non clinical volunteer hours. I’m hoping my leadership hours will make up for it but I’m not sure. My clinical hours are fine (900 hours + anticipated) so I’m not too worried about that.

How many DOs to apply to with 3.6 and 509

I want to apply very broadly and currently have 30 MD schools and 8 DO schools on my list but I am now wondering if that’s too little DO schools based on my stats? I took the MCAT twice and unfortunately got a 509 both times (with my CARS going from a 126->124 and my BB going from 128->130) also have a 3.64 cGPA and 3.69 sGPA. Should I put more DO schools on my list?

Latest I could submit a LOR for AACOMAS?

I know that the DO school timeline is a little more forgiving than the MD timeline, so when is ideally the latest I could submit a LOR? I just started shadowing a DO at my work and I want to ask her for a letter, but she only comes in once a week, so I want her to get to know me for a bit of more time before I ask. If I'm planning on submitting my primary by mid July, would asking her in the beginning of July to then submit the letter by the end of July too late?

Is it looked down upon if none of my most meaningful activities are clinical related? I have a research lab, leadership position for a mental health club, and leadership position for a dance team since I think those are the ones that shaped me the most and made me who I am today. The only other clinical experiences I have I already talked about in my PS so I'm worried it'll come off as repetitive if they're also one of my MMEs. Thoughts?
